At our fashion marketplace operated by CONO FUSION PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to providing a secure and seamless payment experience for all customers. This Payment Policy outlines the accepted methods of payment, transaction procedures, and refund timelines.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We support the following secure payment options:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
  • Debit Cards
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  • Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
  • Wallets (where applicable)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability

2. Payment Security

All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. We do not store any sensitive payment data. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

3. Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, customers will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS, including:

  • Order ID
  • Payment summary
  • Estimated delivery timeline

4. Payment Failures

In case of a payment failure:

  • No amount will be deducted.
  • If an amount is debited but no order is confirmed, a refund will be processed automatically within 5–7 business days.
  • Customers may reach out to our support team for assistance.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available only for select locations.
  • Orders may require confirmation before dispatch.
  • Abuse of COD option (e.g., repeated cancellations) may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are initiated to the original payment method.
  • Timeline for refunds:
    • Prepaid: 5–7 business days
    • COD: 7–10 business days (via bank transfer or UPI)

7. Dispute Resolution

For any payment-related concerns, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue within 3–5 business days.
