Seller Terms and Conditions

These Seller Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between CONO FUSION PRIVATE LIMITED (“the Company”) and the sellers (“Seller” or “You”) using our fashion marketplace platform. By registering and operating on the platform, sellers agree to comply with these terms.

1. Account Registration

  • Sellers must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You agree to maintain and promptly update your account details.
  • Only one account per legal entity is permitted unless otherwise approved.

2. Product Listings

  • Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability.
  • Prohibited items such as counterfeit goods, illegal products, or items violating intellectual property rights are strictly banned.
  • Listings must comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines.

3. Order Fulfillment

  • Sellers must process and dispatch orders within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Accurate packaging and timely shipment are mandatory to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Non-fulfillment or delayed shipment may result in penalties or account suspension.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Sellers set their own product prices but must comply with all applicable laws including price controls.
  • Payments will be made as per the Seller Payment Policy.
  • The Company reserves the right to withhold payments in case of disputes or policy violations.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Sellers must adhere to the platform’s Returns and Refund Policy.
  • Returned items must be accepted and refunds processed promptly.
  • Disputes related to returns will be resolved in accordance with platform policies.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Sellers shall not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or any illegal activities.
  • Manipulating reviews, ratings, or sales figures is strictly prohibited.
  • Violation of terms may lead to suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Sellers warrant that their products do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • The Company reserves the right to remove infringing listings immediately.

8. Termination

  • The Company may suspend or terminate seller accounts for violation of terms or legal non-compliance.
  • Sellers may also voluntarily terminate their account by notifying the Company in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not responsible for losses arising from seller activities, product defects, or third-party claims.
  • Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims related to their products or conduct.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
